By using Arqivon you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Arqivon is a personal agent. It can draft mail, look at a calendar, fill a shopping draft, plan a personal table or trip hold, send a morning brief, and look up live coin prices and charts. Sending mail and writing calendar events need your approval. It does not pay, buy tickets, call restaurants, store cards, trade, or custody crypto. Coin figures are not advice.
Arqivon Line
Arqivon Line answers inbound calls to a business that set it up. It does not place outbound calls, take card numbers or take payments. A business that uses Line is responsible for the information it gives Line, for how it uses call records, and for telling its callers they are speaking to an automated receptionist where the law asks for that. The website demo is a made-up business and its bookings are not real.
Your account
You must sign in with a real account you control. You are responsible for the jobs you start and the approvals you tap. Pairing a chat app links that official chat identity to your Arqivon user.
Official chats only
WhatsApp is the official Cloud API. Telegram, Slack, and Discord use their official APIs. Unofficial WhatsApp Web clients are not part of Arqivon.
Acceptable use
Do not use Arqivon to break the law, to send spam, or to collect other people’s mail or chats without their account. Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
No warranty
Arqivon is provided as is. Drafts, search links, and briefs can be wrong. You review before you approve a send or a calendar hold.
