By downloading, installing, or using Arqivon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arqivon is a real-time multimodal AI voice assistant powered by the Google Gemini API. The App provides conversational AI capabilities across multiple modes including general assistance, translation, tutoring, and customer support simulation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arqivon. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
• Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

6. AI-Generated Content

Arqivon uses the Google Gemini API to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are provided "as-is" and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• Translation outputs are approximations and may contain errors
• Tutoring features are supplementary and do not replace professional education
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, logos, and content are owned by Arqivon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or input through the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARQIVON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
