1. Introduction

Arqivon ("we", "our", "us") is a real-time multimodal AI voice assistant. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Arqivon mobile application and related services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by the authentication provider.

Voice & Audio Data: During live sessions, your microphone audio is streamed in real time to the Google Gemini API for processing. We do not permanently store raw audio recordings.

Camera & Image Data: If you enable audio+video mode, camera frames are captured and sent to the Gemini API for visual understanding. We do not permanently store camera images.

Session Data: We store session metadata (titles, summaries, timestamps, turn counts, agent mode used) in Firebase Firestore to display your session history.

Memories: If you use the "remember" feature, the facts you ask the AI to remember are stored in Firestore under your user account.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AI voice assistant functionality
• To process your voice and camera input through the Google Gemini API
• To display your session history and stored memories
• To improve app stability and fix bugs via crash analytics
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: Processes voice, text, and image inputs. Subject to Google's AI Terms.
• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, Crashlytics, and Hosting. Subject to Firebase Terms.
• Google Cloud Run: Hosts our backend servers.

5. Data Retention

Session metadata and memories are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Voice and camera data are processed in real time and not permanently stored on our servers.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, Firebase Authentication for identity verification, and Firestore security rules to restrict data access to authenticated users.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete individual sessions from your history within the app
• Delete individual memories within the app
• Delete your entire account and associated data from Settings
• Contact us to request a full data export or deletion

8. Children's Privacy

Arqivon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
